The Process


Step 1: The Complimentary Consultation

Step 2: Your Homework

You will complete a questionnaire to capture some of the details needed for your new branding material. If applicable, your existing résumé may be utilized in place of the questionnaire.

Keep in mind, this will only be part of the process. What sets me apart from other writers is the crucial conversation we will have so I may capture those important marketable elements.


Step 3: Remit Payment

Once you have completed and returned the questionnaire we are ready to get started. Payment is due in full at the start of the project.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We will be working closely until you are happy with the final documents.

I am also available for 30 days after we finalize your documents to make any minor adjustments or tweaks. If you find that you aren’t getting the results you desire, simply reach out to me to workshop and revise.

Step 4: The Intensive: Art & Science

This is where we get to the good stuff! Creating your new professional branding material is a bit of an art and a science. We will have a deeper conversation/interview to dig deep into your career. It’s critical for me to get to know you and understand your career aspirations in order to best position you for the market.


Step 5: The Delivery

Your drafts will be delivered within 7-14 days after the intensive. From this point, we will collaborate via phone or email for any changes you need until you are satisfied with your final professional marketing materials. Finals are provided in Word and PDF versions.

Expedited service is available for a fee.
